This 10,000 kg Non-Braked Agricultural Tandem Trailer Kit is a solid solution for building agricultural trailers that operate in rugged off-road environments. Designed with farm use in mind, this kit includes a combination of Italian-made TVZ hub/stub assemblies, a 30-tonne swivel tow eye, top-wind parking jack, and preassembled flotation wheels using heavy-duty Ascenso tyres. Every component is selected to handle demanding loads while reducing damage to fields and wear and tear on equipment.
Key Features
- European-made, heavy-duty 3,750 kg TVZ hub/stub assembly: Features a hub cap that keeps dirt out, a black primer coating that keeps the assembly clean and rust-free, and a dual lip oil seal to keep wet mud out.
- Weld-on 30-tonne-rated swivel tow eye: Has a 45 mm eye and 76 mm tube. Trusted by contractors and farmers for high-load towing.
- Top-wind parking jack with 1,000 kg load capacity: For stabilising loaded trailers. 70 mm square tube with 700 mm lift.
- Preassembled wheels: 400/60-15.5 flotation tyres on 13.00-15.5” silver rims for better weight distribution and reduced soil compaction.
- Heavy-duty 16-ply Ascenso IMB 161 tyres: Have a strong carcass and an optimum height-to-width ratio for excellent load-carrying capacity and stability. Also features a wider footprint to protect grass and minimise soil compaction. Each tyre has a load rating of 3,150 kg.
- Durable steel rims: Painted agricultural implement with 3,350 kg load rating per rim.
