Description

The Knott Breakaway Cable connects the trailer’s breakaway system to the tow vehicle and automatically activates the trailer brakes if the trailer becomes detached. Compatible with Treadway’s EuroBrake and Knott 3,500 kg and 2,700 kg coupling systems, it provides reliable breakaway protection for high-capacity towing applications. 

To ensure the system remains ready to operate when required, the cable should be replaced if the breakaway system has been activated.
