This DeeMaxx Caliper set in stainless steel is a marine-grade running gear component engineered for heavy saltwater and coastal towing applications.

Designed as a direct slot-in replacement for Kodiak 225 and standard DeeMaxx-style caliper mounts, this assembly features an entirely stainless steel construction to prevent rust scaling, component seizing, and fluid leaks under continuous marine exposure.

  • Stainless-Backed Ceramic Pads: Equipped with premium ceramic brake pads fitted with solid stainless steel backing plates to stop pad-to-caliper rust-jacking and ensure clean retraction.
  • High-Pressure Field Tested: Every unit is factory pressure tested to 2,000 psi to guarantee structural integrity and fluid seal reliability under emergency braking thresholds.
  • Dual Bleeder Alignment Nipples: Features top and bottom bleeder ports to allow reversible left- or right-side axle mounting while ensuring complete air evacuation during system bleeding.
