How To Return A Product

If you have a problem with a purchase or want to return a product to us the first step is always to call our Customer Support Team on 0800 653 246.

Our support team will issue a Return Authorisation Number that can be used to track returned items and any appropriate refunds, credits or charges.

It's important to let us know as soon as possible about any products that you would like to return.

For a quick resolution, we ask to be notified of damaged or faulty goods within 7 days, and for products that we have agreed to receive be returned to us within 14 days.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were originally delivered.

Please note for returns a restocking fee of 10% may apply.
