0800 653 246 treadway.co.nz 151 Torque Guide How to tell a left from a right EuroBrake hub EuroBrake hubs are designed with left and right hubs. • When looking at the back plate of the hub position the snorkel, where the brake cables enter the hub, at the bottom of the hub (6 o’clock). • On a right side hub you will see the rear of a spring to the right (3 o’clock). • On a left side hub you will see the rear of a spring to the left (9 o’clock). • When fitting the braked hubs to your trailer it is essential to have the hubs fitted to the correct side. The right side hub goes on the drivers right.
