Description

The DeeMaxx Hub/Stub Kit 2730kg 6x5.5" PCD Stainless Steel with Park Brake is an uprated, 6-stud running gear package designed to carry heavy payloads through severe saltwater and high-salinity conditions.

This kit has a 2,730 kg capacity per pair of axle. By swapping out typical cast iron or painted brackets for solid stainless steel components, the assembly prevents rust-jacking and component freezing on heavy-duty commercial and marine builds.

Heavy-Duty 6-Stud Engineering: The high-capacity 6x5.5" PCD hub configuration and 6,000 lbs rated stub axle are proportioned specifically to sustain high-stress towing tracking.
Total Stainless Structural Mounting: The calipers and caliper brackets are machined entirely from marine-grade stainless steel to eliminate the paint flaking and structural pitting seen on standard iron gear.
Thermo-Regulated Discs: The heavy-mass, vented stainless steel discs provide rapid heat dissipation under sustained braking loads to preserve pad material and prevent rotor face distortion.
Direct Mechanical Parking Override: Integrated handbrake arms on the mechanical/hydraulic calipers handle stationary legal hold requirements without needing secondary external drum or disc hardware.
Sacrificial Zinc Alloy Casting: The heavy-walled hubs are treated with a thick, hot-dip galvanised layer to block oxidation paths and isolate the base metal from saltwater contact.
